in a really stunning and dominant setting and with breathtaking views over the hills of the Metauro valley to the Adriatic coastline. Condition:
built in the 16th century the property was first used as a monastery and was later transferred into private ownership. Between 2000 and 2003 the villa was mostly renovated. A lot of the old, original materials could be preserved and modern comforts were added.
- Size of the building:
The stately home with about 1,500 m² of total space is composed of two large stables (one of them is ready to use for horses), two smaller outbuildings and the main housing unit, consisting of three different, connected buildings with atrium and attached small chapel. The renovated part is now divided into five separate apartments with different sizes, portico and a common utility room. It is possible to create five more apartments.
