In the middle of the Verdicchio-Wine-region, very privat with wonderful views, only 2 km outside of a small village with about 800 inhabitants, a bar and a corners shop. Distances: some more villages are within a radius of 3 to 8 km, to Jesi about 11 km and to the international Airport of Ancona about 32 km.

The stone built house is in need of complete renovation. The existing building permit is expired, but could easily be renewed - all comunal fees are payed and so it is possible to start the works very soon. With the building permit also a roofed pergola attached to the house and a terrace above the small, collapsed attachment were granted. A lot of old materials are still present.
