- Location:
Good accessible but very quiet setting in the middele of the Verdicchio-vinegrowing region and offering nice views over vineyards, olive groves and fields. Distances: to some smaller villages with shops, bars and restaurants about 3 to 8 km, to Jesi about 15 km and to the airport of Ancona about 30 km.

About 35 km to the beaches between Senigallia and Ancona.

Condition:
The stone built house is immediately habitable on the upper floor. The area downstairs and the souterrain could be transformed into liveable space by finishing them inside. Additional space is available in one brick built and one stone built outbuilding.
