Location: Fantactic setting with views over the beautiful hilly landscape and olive groves. The next small village with shops, bars and supermarkets is in walking distance. Cingoli, Filottrano and Treia are at a distance from 6 to 18 km.
Distance to the sea: About 45 km to Sirolo, Numana and the coastline of the Monte Conero.
Condition: The buildings are partly restored. The structure, the roofs, ceilings and frontages are done, the upper floor is nearly completed. The former livable space downstairs was left in the original style and the stables downstairs are still to be renovated.
